Maria Smyth
I have always been passionate about the link between food / nutrition and wellbeing. My Mum instilled in me an appreciation of home cooking and seasonal produce and in the benefits of cooking meals from scratch. I studied food science in college and this wetted my appetite to learn more about nutrition.
I believe a well fuelled body can provide us with energy & help us achieve wellbeing and can assist us to live to our optimum level and can help in all areas of your life.
My philosophy / ethos is scientific, holistic & compassionate. I believe strongly in balance and a realistic approach, no fad diets or “trending” ingredients, inclusion rather than exclusion.
It is incredibly rewarding to see clients thrive after just making just small changes to their diet and lifestyle and empowering them to take ownership of their health choices.
I strongly believe in setting you up for success in your health journey from the very start and it is the little things that make a difference.
